Questions
Is the Free plan really free? Yes. We don't ask for a card. The Free plan includes 10 quotes a month and 1 printer.
Are the limits enforced? Not yet. During early access we count quotes but don't block any, and plan features stay open. We'll tell shops before limits are switched on.
What counts as a quote? Each different model file that gets a price on your page in a calendar month (Mountain time). Changing the material, color, infill or quantity on the same file doesn't count again.
How do I get the founding price? Sign up, then choose Founding under Settings → Payments & billing. It's open to the first 10 shops and is hidden once the seats are gone.
What does "for life" mean? The $10 price stays with your shop account (its login email) for as long as the account exists. If you cancel and come back later on the same account, you still pay $10. It can't be transferred, and it ends only if the account is deleted or closed for breaking the terms.
Do you take a cut of my sales? No. Customers pay you through your own Stripe account. We charge no platform fee; Stripe's normal processing fees apply.
