Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Sliceworth is a product of Pack Mule House LLC.

1. The service

Sliceworth ("we", "us") is operated by Pack Mule House LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It gives 3D print shops ("shops") a web page where their customers can upload 3D models and get automated price estimates. It has a Free plan and paid plans (see section 6). Some plan limits aren't switched on yet during early access. The service may change or stop.

2. Quotes are estimates

Prices, print times and material amounts come from automated slicer estimates and the shop's own pricing settings. A quote is not a binding offer or contract. The shop confirms the final price and terms directly with the customer. Any order or payment is between the customer and the shop.

3. Shop accounts

Shops must give accurate account details, keep their password secret and are responsible for activity on their account. A shop may delete its account at any time from the dashboard.

3a. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to create a shop account, and to submit a quote, print request, custom request or order through the service.

4. Acceptable use

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4a. Your files stay yours

4b. Copyright and DMCA

Your promise when you upload. When you upload a file, request a custom print or approve a quote, you confirm that you own the design or have the right to have it printed (for example a license that allows printing, or commercial printing if needed). Many free models online are licensed for personal or non-commercial use only; shops are responsible for checking whether they may print a model for payment, and should refuse jobs they believe infringe.

Designated agent. We respect copyrights and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (DMCA-1084316). Send takedown notices and counter-notices to:

Philip Howard, Designated Copyright Agent
Pack Mule House LLC
402 N 7th Street
Thermopolis, WY 82443
Phone: 307-556-9409
Email: [email protected]

What a takedown notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner).
  2. The copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
  3. The material you say infringes, with enough detail for us to find it (for example the shop link, order link or file name).
  4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

When we get a valid notice, we'll remove or disable the material promptly and let the uploader and the shop know.

Counter-notice. If you think your file was removed by mistake or misidentified, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with: your physical or electronic signature; the material that was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and phone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you're outside the US, any district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We'll forward it to that person, and we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they've filed a court action.

Repeat infringers. We will close the accounts of shops, and block uploads from customers, who repeatedly infringe others' rights, where appropriate.

4c. Shop's right to refuse

A shop may decline, cancel or refund any request, quote or order at its discretion, including for safety, legality, intellectual-property concerns, or because the job can't be printed well. A quote isn't a binding contract until the shop confirms the order.

5. Uploaded files and how long we keep them

See the privacy policy.

5a. Requests to see or delete customer data

6. Plans and pricing

Shops pay us a platform subscription for their plan. The Free plan costs $0 and includes 10 quotes a month and 1 printer. Maker ($15/month) includes unlimited quotes and up to 3 printers. Farm ($29/month) includes everything, including orders, invoices and custom requests. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. During early access some plan limits aren't enforced yet; we'll announce it before they are.

Founding plan. The first 10 shops that subscribe to it get Farm features for $10/month, locked for life. The founding price belongs to the shop account (its login email). If the shop cancels and later subscribes again on the same account, it keeps the $10 price. It isn't transferable to another account or person. It ends only if the account is deleted or we close it for breaking these terms.

Cancelling. A shop can cancel anytime. It keeps access until the end of the month it has already paid for, and then it isn't billed again. We don't give refunds for partial months.

6a. Customer payments

When online payments are switched on, customers pay shops directly through the shop's own Stripe account. The shop is the seller. We charge no platform fee on shop payments. Stripe's own processing fees still apply and are paid by the shop under its agreement with Stripe. Refunds, disputes and sales tax are between the shop and its customer.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pricing mistakes in automated estimates.

Liability cap. As far as the law allows, Pack Mule House LLC's total liability for any claims about the service is limited to the fees the shop paid us in the 12 months before the claim. (For a shop on the Free plan, that amount is $0.)

8. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided in the state courts located in Hot Springs County, Wyoming (or the federal court for the District of Wyoming, if it has jurisdiction), and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.
